The Jaldhaka river originates in East Sikkim and crosses Bhutan to enter into Bengal. As the Jaldhaka river flows down through the hills of Bengal, it forms the border of Bhutan and India. On the Indian side, there are small villages Bindu, Jhalong, Paren, and others. Our Homestay is located at Jhalong just above the riverbed.

The food was great, the location was amazing, the young guys managing the homestay are awesome. One of the best places I have stayed. The river is just a flight of stairs away. Very nice.
