At Humro Home, we are constantly looking for talented individuals who wish to work in the field of tourism.
The ideal candidate should be hardworking, passionate about travel, and able to work in a computerised environment. We have the following openings.
1. Helpdesk executive - The job is to coordinate with guests and confirm bookings. You are also responsible for the flawless travel experience of the guest. The ideal candidate should be strong in communication as you have to talk to guests all the time. You should also be familiar with computers as you have to work in a computerised environment. You also need to be knowledgeable about the different destinations and places of North Bengal and Sikkim.
2. Village Co-ordinator- You must be a passionate traveller highly knowledgeable about the Sikkim Darjeeling region in general and homestays of the region in particular. The ideal candidate should be smart, hardworking and of amiable nature. You should be excited about travelling to the hills and plains of the region for 7 to 10 days every month. Rest of the month you will be working with computers at our Siliguri office, hence computer skills are also important. Hobbies and expertise in related fields such as photography, mountaineering, birding, vlogging, and content writing would be considered an advantage. Relevant experience would be preferred but not compulsory.
3. Team Leader - You will be leading a team of skilled individuals. You should have minimum 6 to 10 years experience in tourism in North East. You should be able to take independent decisions and implement them, you must also be tech savvy and have strong selling skills. You must be able to motivate your team and lead them from the front.
